Guided Trail Walk and meditations- intentional practices to cultivate curiosity, inner stillness and awareness.
Nature-Informed Sensory Practices- Engage the senses to foster presence and nervous system regulation.
Mindful Nature Art- curiosity and expression using natural materials and simple techniques—no art experience necessary!
Nervous System Support Tools- Learn gentle, accessible practices to help you return to a place of balance and learn how creativity impacts the nervous system.
Deepening Our MAPS in Nature Practices- Enhance your connection to yourself and the natural world through our MAPS in Nature framework.

Weather-appropriate clothing and shoes
Water and snacks for your comfort
Any personal items you need to feel at ease outdoors
We will be outside for the entire duration of the workshop, so please come prepared to fully enjoy the fresh air and changing season.
