Tania M. Lanning, M.S., LCPC-S, LMT, RYT- Retreat Director, Founder of IWM & EASE Collabrative, Creator of the EASE Wellness Model
Tania is a multicultural, integrative, and experiential Nature-Informed Integrative Wellness therapist with over 18 years of experience in the wellness and mental health field. Her approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, resourcing education, trauma-informed care, and strength-based empowerment. Drawing on a range of mind-body practices—including psychodrama, somatic therapies, psycholinguistics, yoga, and mindfulness—she tailors her work to support each client’s unique needs, values, and belief systems.
She holds Master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor, certified Nature-Informed Therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, as well as a seasoned licensed massage therapist and bodyworker.
She finds joy in adventuring, whether solo or with her family and two daughters- she thrives through engaging in movement practices, foraging, and honoring Mother Nature through community education and service. Her work reflects a deep commitment to healing through connection and creativity—with self, others, and the natural world.

Benjamin Friton- Founder of The REED Center
Ben Friton is a soil ecologist, consultant, and educator based in Middletown, MD. After a decade as a speech professional working with global leaders, he co-founded the nonprofit Can Ya Love in 2010 to promote food resiliency, biomimicry, and his patented vertical gardening systems. In 2019, he founded Morning View Food Forest and now leads The REED Center for Ecosystem Reintegration, supporting farmers and government agencies worldwide to develop the most ecologically restorative agricultural systems possible.

Nik Jonker- Retreat Manager, IWM Guide & EASE Core Member
Nik Jonker is the Retreat Manager and Administrative Assistant under Integrative Wellness Management with over a decade of experience in large event coordination. She attended Central Maryland School of Massage in 2017, is a Reiki practitioner of two decades, and is now working towards becoming a Certified Birthing Doula. Nik works with somatic movement practices through the elements with her fire dance performance troupe that she co-founded in 2018, Luciole Liberation. As a Norse Pagan, Nature is her number one resource and ally in her work both spiritual and physical. Her aim is to support people on their journeys towards understanding, empowerment, and compassion for self.

Jason Harris is a multidisciplinary creative, event planner, and artist with a deep passion for wellness, mindfulness, and building authentic community. He was the creative engine behind Well & Wonder, a boutique yoga studio that earned recognition as the #2 studio in Washington, DC in 2023 and #4 in 2024. Through his work, Jason blends art, intention, and experience design to foster meaningful connection and inspire collective well-being.

Maggie Glass-Lane, LCSW- IWM & EASE Core Member
Maggie Glass-Lane, LCSW is a clinical social worker in Baltimore City. This is Maggie’s second career after working in New York City as a dresser on Broadway in which the power of the arts grew for her. Currently working in some of the top hospitals in Maryland, Maggie has experienced the power of mindset and spirituality on a healing body. The power of art to heal has been a guide to how she lives. Gathering additional tools such as psychodrama, music, energy work and tarot has provided Maggie with a base to help guide others and herself to healing and self-love. As a beginner in the pagan world, she is learning more about the spirit of nature and the power that can come from it. Maggie is excited to work with IWM on this retreat and beyond with grace and intention.

Sarah Beardmore
Sarah Beardmore is a climate change and education specialist, with over 20 years working in the intersection of social justice, international development and education. She currently leads climate change work at the Global Partnership for Education, supporting ministries of education around the world to hardwire climate change considerations into their national systems. Sarah is a mother of two beautiful girls, Eva and Maia, who inspired her herbal studies, and in her spare time she supports the stewardship of sacred land in the Rocky Mountains under a conservation easement.

Rosemary Cornelius
Rosemary Cornelius is a hand-poke tattoo artist with a deep love for nature and creative expression. Inspired by the small wonders of the earth—like stars, flowers, birds, and moonlight—her work reflects a joyful reverence for the natural world. Outside the studio, she enjoys time with loved ones, dancing, cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors.

James Foulkes
James Foulkes is an avid nature enthusiast, healing arts practitioner and author. He has been practicing Qi Gong and Kung Fu for nearly 20 years and is a 19th Generation Wu Dang Dragons Gate Daoist adept. He teaches Qi Gong from a variety of traditions and specializes in Mount Emei Shamanic traditions.He is based in the Washington DC Area and teaches Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Qi Gong, Kung Fu and Craniosacral Therapy both nationally and internationally, teaching Biodynamic Craniosacral through the BCTA/NA in Silver Spring MD and in Santa Fe, NM.

Gigi is a holistic wellness educator and trauma-informed yoga teacher, specializing in restorative practices. She uses the principles of yoga, attitudes of mindfulness and wisdom of nature as catalysts for ease, empowerment and liberation. Her wellness brand Liminal Grace helps people navigate life's changes by holding space for collective reflection, radical imagination and internal transformation.

Chris Lanning is the founder of Silver Wheel Cellars and Apothecary, where he crafts meads, ciders, vinegars, vermouth, bitters, tinctures and teas. Everything is made in small batches and is inspired by the rhythms of Nature and the changing of the seasons. He is passionate about discovering ways to embrace Nature and teaches others about connecting with Nature and themselves through Sensory Experiencing workshops and offerings.

Olga Liapis-Muzzy
Olga Liapis-Muzzy is a water baby -- since growing up in Greece, the ocean has felt like their home. Their connection to water and nature grounds them and shapes how Olga shows up in the world. As a trauma-informed mediator, facilitator, and coach, Olga works with individuals, families, and communities to support healing, connection, and growth. There aim is to bring a steady, compassionate presence to moments of conflict, transition, and transformation. Rooted in somatic awareness and collective care, Olga Liapis-Muzzy actively works to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and resourced—able to reconnect with themselves and each other in meaningful ways.

Serda Ozbenian
Serda Ozbenian is a clinical herbalist, forager, and rhythm-based facilitator rooted in relational healing and Earth reverence. Blending plant knowledge with intuitive presence, she helps others reconnect with their bodies, the land, and their own innate rhythms. She teaches regularly in the area, weaving together foraging, herbal energetics, and embodied practice.

Adrianna Reloba
Adrianna Reloba, is the founder of Freedom Palette . As a San Francisco native with a diverse ethnic background, she has always been inspired by people and the places that shaped them.
Freedom Palette, was born from her belief that “creation is the process of art, and art is made with intentions tied to harmony and community”. She offers workshops, and guided classes that not only guide others on how to take one thing and turn it into another, but encourages individuality and expression in community.
From community projects, modeling, painting, crafting, dancing, and music, her career and hobbies have always been centered around creativity that support her in connecting with the land and Native American roots. Adrianna Reloba, is currently working towards becoming an Integrative Wellness Guide with Integrative Wellness Management

(Katya) Ekaterina Ryabova
Katya is a Professional Yoga Therapist with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She specializes in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga for Eating Disorders, and Yoga of 12-Step Recovery. With a strong foundation in both yoga and clinical mental health counseling, Katya integrates somatic practices such as body awareness, breathwork, and mindfulness to support healing and nervous system regulation. Her approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that the body holds profound wisdom for transformation.

Josh White
As a resident of The REED Center and dedicated mindfulness practitioner, Josh White is passionate about integrating spiritual insight with the development of community around ecological food systems. In 2023 he completed the Unified Mindfulness Pathways Teacher Training to become a Certified Meditation Coach and since then has offered Mindfulness training in the Frederick County Public Library System as well as to meetup attendees in his own Contemplayful Relating group. Josh is always looking for new ways to share and grow wisdom in community through dialogue, contemplation, and movement.

Ray has been a professional music educator for more than 30 years, having worked with students from elementary school through college and beyond. Most recently, he has become interested in getting adults back into making music, or started for the first time. He is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist specializing in guitar, electric bass, and a variety of hand drums and percussion. Ray enjoys facilitating drum circles, leading song circles, providing music for ceremonies, and performing regularly with several music ensembles including The Rhizomes, and EarthTone. He is passionate about fostering connection amongst people through music, and guiding people as they discover and express the music that is already within them.
